At 41 I had resigned myself to a life of being fat. I tried every diet around and never was able to lose any weight. After bugging my husband for months to buy me a TreadClimber, he finally got me one. I have been using it 6 times a week for 20-30 minutes at a time. This is the end of my 4th week. I am THRILLED and will NEVER DIET AGAIN! After only one month I have lost 6 inches around my waist and my regular clothes are falling off of me they are so loose. This morning I put on a pair of jeans that I haven't even been able to pull past my thighs for 10 years! I have not dieted in any way, just used my TreadClimber at a moderate pace and intensity level. I have so much energy and have started going out and doing things again. My name is Amanda and I am a 40 year old single mother. I was given the Treadclimber 3000 as a 40th birthday gift by my mother. When I started working out in April 2008 I weighed 218 lbs. I now weigh 168 lbs and I feel better than I have in years. I was worried that this machine would not work for me, but I am so glad that my mother purchased it for me. I am now wearing clothes I haven't been able to wear in years. I still have to lose 28 lbs to reach my goal weight of 140 lbs. I have no doubt that as long as stay the course with the TC3000 I will reach it before the end of the year.

I asked for the TreadClimber as a mother's day gift a year ago, and my husband bought it. It's been the best gift of my life. I had been overweight for quite some time, and hadn't exercised in years, so I knew that it was going to be tough to get started. In terms of exercise, at the very least, I knew I could walk and that is why I chose the TreadClimber. One year later, I am still on the TreadClimber, and now averaging 3-4 days a week, 3 miles each time, which takes about 52 minutes. I have lost 25 pounds, but better yet, I have gone down three sizes and have never felt better. Everyone has noticed my weight loss, and I simply tell them that my body is by Bowflex! Thanks for such a great product.

I just started using my TC5000 on January 2. Today is February 12 and I am not only 15 pounds lighter, but my stamina is back, my mood is better, I feel like I am 50 going on 30! I use it for 30 minutes daily, and feel guilty on the 3 days I wasn't able to get my workout. I just LOVE it, and told my husband that if this machine ever dies, we must order another that very same day!

Like most Americans I've tried practically everything on the market to lose weight... diets and exercise machines. But as an inherently lazy person - yes, I'll admit it - the slow, tedious, painful results delivered from all of the typical weight loss systems led me to quickly lose interest. Two months ago I began using my TreadClimber 3-5 days a week for 20-40 minutes at a time. Combined with eating a little better, I've managed to drop 25 lbs... over 10 lbs per month! What's more is that I feel healthier and the cardio exercise is naturally toning even some of the muscles not directly involved in the TreadClimber workout (my upper body).

I bought the TreadClimber at the end of 2006 but did not really use it due to laziness. For health reasons, I committed to use it regularly.
Three weeks ago I started using it for at least 20 minutes 4 days a week. I lost 10 lbs and noticed that my back has lost some of its flab. Even my legs have become firmer. I was so delighted that I now am using it everyday for at least 30 minutes. Thank you so much for this wonderful machine! From 160 lbs., I am now 145 lbs. For my age, my goal is to get my weight down to 125 lbs and to keep using the TreadClimber to maintain my weight and stay fit.

I just started working out on my TC3000 and I have to say, I have NEVER worked out so hard on a piece of exercise equipment in my life! I am really out of shape, but I feel so good after my thirty minutes on my TreadClimber. This is probably one of my BEST investments. I am so excited to start seeing results.

I started my 20 minute work outs on the tread climber in April 2006. I used the tread climber 5 times per week and by the end of August I lost a total of 60 lbs. I have not used any diet supplements, just hard work and changing my lifestyle. I still enjoy my works outs minimum three times per week to maintain and tone.
