Q:What brand of silicone spray is recommended?Asked on 12/2/2015 by LD from Boston, MA

Q:When lubricating your tread climber, do you need to apply both the lube n walk and 100% silicone; or is it one or the other? Also how often should your tread climber be lubricated?Asked on 8/27/2015 by Workaholic760 from Palm Springs, CA
A:The Lube N Walk is an applicator that uses the 100% silicone that comes with it; they are one and the same.
Here is a schedule of how often to lubricate your machine. This can be found in your Owner's Manual:
User Level Total Workout Hours per Week When to Lubricate:
Light less than 3 hours every 3 months
Moderate 3 to 5 hours every 2 months
Heavy 5 or more hours every monthAnswered on 9/4/2015 by Anonymous
